Description

Summertime is the perfect time to enjoy fresh nectarines. And what's even better than just eating them plain? Cooking them in your air fryer! This simple recipe will show you how to do just that. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 large nectarines, cut in half and pitted
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for a few minutes.
  • Wash the nectarines thoroughly and slice them in half, removing the pits.
  • Lightly brush the cut side of each nectarine half with olive oil or spray them with cooking spray. This will help prevent sticking and promote caramelization.
  • Place the nectarine halves in the air fryer basket, cut side down, in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Air fry the nectarines at 360°F (180°C) for 6-8 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized. If desired, flip the nectarines halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  • Once the nectarines are cooked to your liking, remove them from the air fryer.
  • Optional: Drizzle the grilled nectarines with honey or sprinkle them with cinnamon for extra flavor.
  • Serve the air fryer grilled nectarines warm as a delicious dessert or snack.
