Description

Looking for a quick and easy appetizer? These antipasto egg rolls are the perfect solution. They're stuffed with all of your favorite Italian ingredients, including ham and pepperoni, provolone cheese, and pepperoncini. The Italian dressing dipping sauce brings the flavors together perfectly.

Ingredients 

  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 12 slices provolone
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 36 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • Cooking Spray
  • Italian dressing, for serving

Instructions

  • Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape and place a slice of provolone in the center. Top with one slice of ham, 3 slices of pepperoni, and a large pinch of both mozzarella and pepperoncini. Fold up bottom half and tightly fold in sides. Gently roll, then seal fold with a couple of drops of water.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, Then add your egg roll, and air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway. For best results, spray with cooking spray.
  • Garnish with Parmesan and parsley and serve immediately, with Italian dressing on the side for dipping.
