Ingredients
2mediumpears, sliced in half, cored
1tablespoonsgranualted sugar
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
2tablespoonsmelted butter, unsalted
1tablespoonhoney
1tablespoonbutter
chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and sugar. Then sprinkle over the pears.
Add one tablespoon of butter to each pear cavity, and then sprinkle with the cinnamon/sugar mixture and chopped nuts if using.
Set the pears into the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 370 degrees F, air fryer setting.
Set the timer for 10 minutes, frequently basting during the cooking time with melted butter.
Drizzle with butter and honey, right before serving.
