AT WHAT TEMPERATURE IS TURKEY DONE COOKING?

Turkey is fully cooked per the USDA when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

You should always use a meat thermometer to determine if the turkey breasts are fully cooked for best results.

The problem that most people run into when they are making a turkey is it dries out. There are a few reasons for this; the first is that it is usually overcooked. The second reason is that it was not basted during the cooking process.

Although it takes more work to brush the turkey breast with melted butter constantly, it will keep your turkey moist during the cooking process, and it will add some flavor.

ARE TURKEY CHOPS AND TURKEY CUTLETS THE SAME?

By definition, Turkey Chops are slices of turkey breast, which is exactly what turkey cutlets are. They are basically the same thing.

They will cook the same way and at the same temperature.

The only difference between turkey chops and turkey culets is that the turkey chops tend to be sold in large portions in America, then turkey cutlets.
