Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash

My son and I love spaghetti squash. Today, I made a simple Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash. If you love spaghetti squash, this is one of the easiest ways to prepare it.

Usually, in the oven, it takes FOREVER to make. And, I’m usually in a huge hurry to get dinner on the table. So, me waiting an hour for a side dish doesn’t really work out well. So, I really love that I can make it in the Instant Pot in under 10 minutes.

The best thing about spaghetti squash is that you can substitute it for regular spaghetti, which is great for gluten-free, paleo free. All you need to do is add gravy or butter to make it a complete meal.

I hope that if you have an instant pot, you will give it a chance. I’m sure you will enjoy it!

It is worth splitting the Spaghetti Squash and then pressure cooking it. The result will be so much better.
