This was a fun recipe. It was just done to fool around with the Instant Pot.
Because my kids are having a great time using it, and loving the dinners that I am making. And, they are always saying, what else mom, can we make.
So, this won’t save you time. But it’s a great recipe to learn more about the Instant Pot

Update; The reason for the baking soda is that it neutralizes the bitter taste of the ice tea. And gives it a better smoother taste.

Instant Pot, Raspberry Iced Tea
This is such an easy and refreshing treat for the afternoon, my kids love it, and it’s so easy to make.

Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 raspberry tea bags
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 lemon, cut up
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- In your Instant Pot, place the water, tea bags, and baking soda.
- Place the lid on and make sure it’s in the sealing position.
- Set the manual high pressure for 4 minutes.
When the timer beeps, let it naturally release.
- Be careful and remove the tea bags.
Mix in the sugar, until it’s dissolved. Then add the cut lemon slices, - Transfer the tea to a pitcher, and refrigerate until it’s cold. Serve over ice and with raspberries and/or lemon wedges.
