There is nothing like a fresh batch of Ninja Foodi Easy Raspberry Jam in the morning, served with some toast, bagels, or even a homemade biscuit, this jam is amazing and done in minutes! Minutes, what if I told you it was done in 3 minutes?

This Raspberry Jam is amazing, you can prepare it with either fresh or frozen raspberries, and you can easily swap it out for other fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries, peaches, apricots, and so many other varieties. And best yet, there is no chemical in this. You do not need to use pectin!

Since I have owned both my Instant Pot and Ninja Foodi, I have not purchased any jams or preserves. This is delightful to my youngest son, who refuses to eat it. He thinks of it as a huge glob. And who wants a huge glob on their toast?

If you have not made homemade jam, let me tell you this, it’s simple, it’s so easy! You only need frozen (or fresh) fruit, sugar, and lemon juice, and that’s it. And it only takes about 3 minutes to pressure cook, and you are done! It could not get any easier!

How To Make Jam In The Ninja Foodi

This can be made with any fruit that you have, I made it today with raspberries, but you can easily substitute it for any frozen berry, blueberry, strawberry, or mixed berries.

Add your frozen berries to the Ninja Foodi Bowl, add the sugar and lemon juice, and mix well. Set the pressure cooker button to high for 3 minutes, making sure that the vent is sealed. When the time is up, do a quick release. When all of the pressure has been released, open the Ninja Foodi lid, and stir.

If you want the jam a bit thicker, add 1 tablespoon of water and cornstarch to a small cup, mix well, and mix into the jam.

FAQ’s:

Can I make this jam sugar-free?

Yes, if you are on a diabetic diet, substitute the honey. You can also add maple syrup as a sugar substitute.

If you want to use a sugar substitute, that will work as well, although the texture will alter somewhat.

What other fruit can I use?

This recipe will work with all frozen berries. I have used blueberries, blackberries, mixed berry jam, and strawberries. They are all amazing.

You can also use fresh fruit for this recipe, use the same amount in the recipe card.

How long does it last?

Because there are no chemicals in this jam, it is best to be used within two weeks. I keep it stored in a mason jar with a lid to keep out as much air as possible.

If you notice that it has spoiled, just dispose of it, and make a fresh batch.

How much does this recipe make?

This recipe makes about 2 cups of jam. If you want more jam, you can double or even triple the recipe. The amount of pressure cooking time will be the same.

What Is A Ninja Foodi?

This year, a Ninja Foodi is so popular because it combines two appliances: the Pressure Cooker and an Air Fryer. It is very much like the new Instant Pot Lid. It changes out the lid for each function, one lid for the Pressure Cooker and one lid for the Air Fryer.

This is the Air Fryer I used in this recipe–(affiliate link)
