Instant Pot Spaghetti Al Pomodoro
- 12 ounces of spaghetti (or other pasta)
- 15 ounces of diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 4 cups of broth (any type)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 4 basil leaves, washed and chopped
- Optional: Parmesan Cheese
- All of the ingredients into your Instant Pot, mix well.
- Set for manual 10 minutes and close the lid.
- Mix well before serving.
- optional: serve with a garnish of Parmesan cheese
