Tips On How To Make Pasta In The Instant Pot

The real key for making a successful batch of dried pasta in the Instant Pot is twofold.

  • The first is to make sure that all of the pasta is submerged in water. Otherwise, you will get hard pasta (or uncooked) on top. Use your spoon, and push down on the pasta. If you need more water than what is called for in the recipe, add it. You can always drain it later.
  • The other key is to stack it so that it’s in different directions, which will prevent the pasta from sticking together.
