Instant Pot, Easy Egg Loaf (Great for Egg Salad Sandwiches)
This doesn’t look like much, but since it only took me a few minutes to crack the eggs into the pan, and then I left it, but when I came back, about 20 minutes later, I had one of the easiest lunches I ever made for my son, who happens to really love egg salad sandwiches, I would consider it a win,
Here are the simple steps for you to do it in your own Instant Pot,
Start by generously spaying your Instant pot safe pan with olive oil.
Crack your eggs directly into the greased pan.
In the Instant pot bowl, add 1 cup of water, and then add your trivet, then place your pan onto the trivet.
Place your lid on, and make sure it’s in the sealing position, and then set the manual high pressure for 9 minutes. After 9 minutes, allow it to naturally release until the display reads L10.
Let cool, slightly. And then use as you wish in recipes or chop up to make egg salad sandwiches.
