Instant Pot, Creamy Broccoli and Cheese Pasta

This is a really easy and classic broccoli and cheddar pasta dish. This is a spin off of a classic Italian dish called Chicken, Broccoli and Ziti.

  1. Start by adding the pasta, water, and frozen broccoli to the Instant Pot.
  2. Set the lid on, making sure it’s in the sealed position. And set the timer for 4 minutes at manual high pressure.
  3. As soon as the time is up, do a quick release. If you do not you will get sticky and gooey pasta (meaning it’s overcooked).
  4. Then mix in the butter, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Continue to mix, until all of the cheese is melted.
  5. Plate, serve and enjoy!
