Pro Tips For The Best Copycat Olive Garden Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • Use high-quality cheese: Cheese is a crucial component of this recipe, and using high-quality cheese will make a significant difference in the taste and texture of the dip. I recommend using freshly grated Parmesan cheese and good-quality mozzarella cheese for the best results.
  • Thoroughly drain the artichokes and spinach: It’s essential to drain the artichokes and spinach well before adding them to the Instant Pot. Excess water can make the dip too watery and affect the overall taste.
  • Use room-temperature cream cheese: It will make mixing and blending with the other ingredients easier, resulting in a smoother and creamier dip.
  • Add garlic for flavor: Garlic adds a delicious savory flavor to the dip. I recommend using freshly minced garlic rather than garlic powder for the best flavor.
  • Do a quick release after cooking: Once the Instant Pot has finished cooking, do a quick release to prevent the dip from overcooking and becoming too thick.
  • Broil for a crispy top: After cooking the dip, place it in the oven under the broiler for a few minutes to give it a crispy top. This will add a delicious texture to the dip and make it more enjoyable.
