Hi Lori, I Googled “Frozen stuffed chicken air fryer”. Boy was I surprised when your recipe for Barber chicken came up. That’s exactly what I bought at the store yesterday before I even looked it up. so thanks a bunch it was really helpful.

I have been buying Barber Foods stuffed chicken weekly for years for quick, no mess, easy dinners. I noticed about 4 years ago something changed-the flavor was off/bland/dry, the cheese escaped and it looked like chopped chicken meat. I stopped buying them. I bought a couple of boxes on a bogo with a coupon. I’ve pinned many recipes of yours, Laurie, so I searched your recipes and here I am. Wow, what a game-changer in taste and consistency. No escaped cheese, no inconsistent dryness and I tasted spices I never had before. Your timing is perfect! Your quick air fryer recipe is perfect. I’m returning to my Barber weekly shopping buying because of you, Laurie. Thanks so much for all your air fryer frozen food recipes and advice.

This post was very helpful. I wasn’t sure how long to cook these in the air fryer. These are great paired with a bag of frozen potatoes & green beans. Thank you!
