Instant Pot-Cranberry Sauce

  • 12 ounces of fresh cranberries
  • 2½ teaspoons of orange zest
  • ¼ cup of orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • ½ cup of sugar
  1. In a small bowl mix together the maple syrup and orange juice, then pour into the Instant Pot bowl. Then add the zest and the cranberries. Mix well
  2. Place the lid onto the Instant Pot and set the manual high temperature for 1 minute, when the timer beeps, let it naturally release.
  3. When you remove the lid, stir in the sugar and press the saute button, continue to mix. Continue to saute until it's all hot.
  4. Serve hot or chill it.
  5. Enjoy!
