Pressure Cooker- (Instant Pot) Homemade Strawberry Preserves Pancake Syrup

  • 1 pound of frozen (or fresh) strawberries, frozen strawberries should be thawed
  • ⅛ cup of sugar
  • 1 ounce of orange juice
  1. Add your frozen or fresh strawberries to the Instant Pot.
  2. Then mix them with the sugar and orange juice.
  3. Then add your lid, and set the manual high pressure for 1 minute. When the timer, beeps do a natural release.
  4. Remove the lid, when all of the pressure is let down, and stir.
  5. Refrigerate after opening, it will become thicker as it refrigerates.
