Instant Pot-Perfect Scrambled Eggs
Recipe type: Instant Pot, Eggs
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and then add the milk, and whisk the eggs until they are frothy.
  2. Then press the saute' button on your Instant Pot, give it about a minute to heat up and then add the butter. When it's melted add the eggs, then just start moving the eggs around with your wooden spoon or spatula.(see my go-to spoon)
  3. Based on your own preference, for how much you like your eggs cook, shut off the saute' button and plate them.
  4. Enjoy!
