Made with a few fresh ingredients, it is so good. It’s not cooked, so while your meat is grilling or air frying, you can quickly prepare this. It goes amazing on a great steak, whether skirt, sirloin, or tenderloin.

This is one of the best sauces you can make in the spring and summertime when the fresh herbs are in season. Truly amazing and will freshen up any dish you serve it with.

What Is Chimichurri Sauce?

Chimichurri Sauce is used as either a marinade or served as a sauce. It comes from Argentina, and it is amazing.

It is made with fresh herbs, such as parsley, cilantro, oregano, and infused with garlic, red onions, lemon, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. It makes for an amazing summer sauce; you can serve it with any protein. It’s truly amazing.

Since it’s usually served with grilled meats, it’s perfect for any meat that you air fry up!

Is This Recipe Authentic?

Chimichurri Sauce is made without cilantro in Argentina, but as the recipe came to America, we added cilantro.

Authentic Chimichurri Sauce contains no cilantro but more parsley, so if you want to make it truly authentic, eliminate the cilantro and substitute with more parsley or oregano.
