What Are Chickpeas?
Chickpeas are a type of legume that is commonly eaten around the world. They are usually cooked and seasoned with spices before eating but can also make dips or hummus. While chickpeas themselves don’t taste like much on their own, they’re often roasted to enhance the flavor, and seasonings are added. The air fryer is the perfect place to roast chickpeas!
