Pro Tips:

  • Always use quality ingredients when making brownies from scratch.
  • One of the most important things to remember when cooking with brownies is never to overcook them. Once they start pulling away from one another and have a set appearance, it’s time for your tasty treat!
  • I recommend letting brownies cool entirely so they are easier to cut. This will result in a firmer cake that won’t fall apart when you miss it and tastes better!

Mix-Ins:

While you do not need any mix-ins, some of my favorite ways to dress these up are by:

  • Nuts, diced walnuts, or pecans
  • M&M’s (Valentine’s Day)
  • Peanut Butter Chips
  • Butterscotch Chips
