This is such an easy and exciting way to serve up roasted pecans; they are served with a great glaze that would make an awesome appetizer or toss them into a nice salad.
In a small bowl, mix the egg white, water, and vanilla extract.
With a fork, mix the egg mixture until frothy.
Then mix in the sugar, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
Stir in the pecans, and mix so they are well coated.
I lined my air fryer tray with foil, so it would be easier to clean up.
Spread the mixture over the tray.
Set the temperature to 300 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 12 minutes.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
