Air Fryer, Texas Glazed Pecans

Air Fryer Sugared Pecans

This is such an easy and exciting way to serve up roasted pecans; they are served with a great glaze that would make an awesome appetizer or toss them into a nice salad.



  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pound pecan halves


  1. In a small bowl, mix the egg white, water, and vanilla extract.
  2. With a fork, mix the egg mixture until frothy.
  3. Then mix in the sugar, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Stir in the pecans, and mix so they are well coated.
  5. I lined my air fryer tray with foil, so it would be easier to clean up.
  6. Spread the mixture over the tray.
  7. Set the temperature to 300 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 12 minutes.
  8. Plate, serve and enjoy!
