These egg bombs are one of my family’s favorite breakfasts.

And this recipe works so well in the air fryer. Filled with all the goodness of eggs, cheese, and meat, you will get the most fantastic breakfast pockets in minutes!

Step 1: Form the breakfast bombs

Mix the scrambled eggs, cooked bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese in a medium bowl.

Add a couple of tablespoons of the sausage mixture to the center of each biscuit.

Step 2: Seal and air fry

Place another biscuit on top and pinch to seal, or wrap it around itself and seal the edges of the biscuit by pressing firmly. Brush biscuits with melted butter or egg wash with a pastry brush. You can divide the biscuits and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough for thinner biscuits.

Place the biscuit bombs into the basket of your air fryer in a single layer. Seam sides down. Set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F, air the fryer setting, and set the cook time for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, pizza sauce, or garlic butter.
