This is a great dish, and it’s full of flavor, but KETO and Weight Watcher Friendly, and the best part is that the chicken is nice and moist when you are done cooking.


  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast (about 5 ounces each)
  • 1 tablespoon southern spice blend (recipe in notes)
  • olive oil spray


  1. Start by trimming the fat off the chicken, and then drying it off with a paper towel, this will help the spice blend stick to the chicken.
  2. Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the chicken and then pat it down. Spray it generously with olive oil and then set in your air fryer for 7 minutes at 370 degrees F, and then flip and spray again and air fry for another 4-5 minutes.
  3. Plate, serve, and enjoy!


Southern Spice Blend:

  • 5 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
