Air Fryer Sirloin Steak with Parsley-Garlic Sauce
I will tell you; I am always making steak in my air fryer, that’s why I have so many recipes. My youngest is a natural carb-free kind of eater; he prefers protein. So, while I really don’t mind eating a steak every once and a while, I find myself making air fryer steak several times a week.
So, I try to change it up a bit. Today I made a simple parsley-garlic sauce and poured it over. It is amazing and simple. (My 2 favorite things)
While I used sirloin steaks for this, you can really use any cut of meat that you have in your refrigerator (or even freezer)
Ingredients Needed:
- Sirloin Steak, Ribeye, Flank, etc.
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Oregano
- White Wine Vinegar
- Red Pepper Flakes
Here Is How To Make Air Fryer Sirloin Steak with Parsley-Garlic Sauce

Room temperature steaks cook much better than cold steaks. They will cook evener and more tender.
Rub the steak with olive oil, then add some seasonings. I added some minced garlic and parsley on top of the steak and added some of the sauce’s flavors.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for about 5 minutes. Then add your steak—Air Fry for about 10 to 12 minutes.
The exact time will depend on how thick your steak is and how you like it cooked. Use a meat thermometer to get the steak cooked to perfection.
While the steak is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a food processor, blend the garlic, parsley, oregano, vinegar, pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and oil.
Let rest about 10 minutes before serving.
