This is a really easy and tasty vegetable side dish, made in the air fryer. The best thing is that it tastes like grilled carrots, with a great flavor and texture.
- 1 pound fresh carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Start by cutting your carrots in half and then in a diagonal.
- After you are done cutting them, place them in a small mixing bowl, add the olive oil, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. I use my hands to coat them.
- Then spread the carrots out in the air fryer basket or air fryer tray.
- Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, flip the carrots (or shake if you have a basket air fryer) and air fry for another 5 minutes.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
