Air Fryer Rib Eye Steak With Lemon Chive Butter

If you have not made steaks in the air fryer, you are so missing out. They come out amazing, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. Today, I made a simple Air Fryer Rib Eye Steak with Lemon Chive Butter.



Ingredients Steak:

  • 2 Rib Eye Steaks
  • 1 tablespoon Steak Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Ingredients: Lemon Chive Butter:

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 stick butter, room temperature (unsalted)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons diced chives


Simple Directions For Steak:

  1. Start by getting the meat at room temperature, leave it the rib eyes on the counter for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for about 5 minutes. (air fryer setting)
  3. Rub your steaks with the olive oil, and then season with the steak seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the steaks into the air fryer for 9 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway during the cooking time.
  5. Check the meat with a meat thermometer for desired doneness.
  6. Let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Simple Directions For Lemon Chive Butter:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, mix the butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and diced chives.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Then place the compound butter into a piece of saran wrap and roll-up.
  4. Place in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
