Why Make Air Fryer Chickpeas?

I’m always looking for new ways to get the family to eat their veggies. It’s not easy! I usually have to resort to hiding them in something like soup, but my kids are too smart for that. They can tell when there is hidden broccoli or zucchini in the soup – and then it tastes so gross with all those other flavors mixed in. So, I was on a quest (pun intended) for an air fryer chickpeas recipe that would be fun and tasty enough for my kiddos. And this one does just the trick!

These are such a great snack! Whether you are following a gluten-free, Weight Watchers Lifestyle, or even Trim Healthy Mama. This recipe will totally work for you. They are low in calories and filled with protein.

They are a great and healthy way to substitute chips for a great crispy and crunchy snack! We all love to snack, and with this recipe, you can snack healthily!

How to Store Air Fryer Garbanzo Beans

The truth is that once you roast up your Air Fryer Pumpkin Spice Roasted Chickpeas, they will not stay crispy or chunky for long.

I would advise making them in smaller batches and eating them on the same day you prepare them. Otherwise, as they cool down, they will start to soften.

Store any leftover Air Fryer Garbanzo Beans at room temperature in an open container.
