  • Corn Tortillas
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pulled Pork
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Diced Cucumbers
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Guacamole
  • Bacon
  • Olives

How To Make Air Fryer Loaded Pulled Pork Nachos

Layout the tortillas in a stack, use a pizza cutter, make wedges, cut the tortilla in half, and then make your wedges.

Place the wedges into a mixing bowl, and mix the olive oil and salt, being careful to coat each wedge.

Then set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 4 minutes, flipping them halfway during the cooking process.

Spread them out on a large platter and scatter the toppings over the nachos.

How long does it take to make these nachos from start to finish?

These nachos only take minutes, the chips bake up perfectly in about 4 minutes. Then add your toppings, so you can have this from start to finish in under 15 minutes! So good!

Can store-bought pulled pork be used for this recipe?

Yes, I always use a store-bought verizon, when I am in a hurry, or don’t have the pulled pork already made. Some great flavors and brands are

How long will these nachos keep in the refrigerator?

If you do not eat them all, cover them and place them in the refrigerator, where they should last for about 1-2 days, after that, they will start to get soft.

What is the best way to reheat pulled pork nachos?

If you have any leftover pulled pork nachos or any other nachos, and you want to reheat them in the air fryer, place them into the air fryer basket.

Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, air the fryer setting, and heat until warmed through, about 4 to 5 minutes. For best results, add some more shredded cheese.

Can pulled pork nachos be frozen?

No, these would not be good freezer items. It’s best to make a fresh batch every time you would like some.

Can other cheese be used for this recipe?

Yes, although I used shredded cheddar cheese, you can use any shredded cheese you want. Some of my favorites are shredded Colby Jack, Shredded Mexican Cheese, and Feta Cheese. This recipe works with different ingredients, so see what you have in your refrigerator.

Ingredients 

  • 5 corn tortillas
  • 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup pulled pork, cooked and warmed
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olives, diced

Instructions

  • Layout the tortillas in a stack, use a pizza cutter, make wedges, cut the tortilla in half, and then make your wedges.
