Description

Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cup Cookies are amazing. And using the air fryer for these cookies was such a simple baking project, I did with my kids. It made a great baking project for a wintery snowy day. Served with a cold glass of milk, it was the perfect afternoon snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 3/4  cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup room temperature Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. In one large mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt, and baking soda.
  2. In another bowl, cream the butter, white and brown sugar. Once it’s fluffy, mix in the peanut butter, egg, vanilla, and milk.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  4. Spray your muffin tin with olive oil. Then using a large spoon, add about 2 tablespoons of batter to each muffin cavity.
  5. Air fry for about 12-15 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting. Once the dough is et, remove it from the air fryer basket, and press a candy into the center of each cookie. Cool before serving.
  6. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
