  • Olive Oil
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

How To Make Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Steak

Rub Steak with Seasonings and Parmesan Cheese

Start by getting your steak at room temperature, and this will help the steak cook more evenly and give you a better and juicier cooked steak.

Preheat your Air Fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for about 5 to 7 minutes. Rub the steak with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Then add the Parmesan. You want to cover it all, so if you need more than the 2-3 tablespoons, please add more.

Set the steaks in the air fryer for 6 minutes, then flip and air fry for another 6 minutes. When the steak is fully cooked, let it rest at room temperature for about 5 to 8 minutes.
