These are such a healthy snack. Today I made a batch of Air Fryer Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms.

- 12 large portobello mushroom caps
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons basils, fresh or dried
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Start by washing the mushrooms with a damp paper towel.
- Spoon your tomato sauce into the mushroom cap, sprinkle it with some basil.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the filled mushroom caps into the air fryer for about 5 to 7 minutes at 380 degrees F, air fryer setting.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
