Air Fryer Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms

Air Fryer Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms

These are such a healthy snack. Today I made a batch of Air Fryer Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms.

Today I took a portobello mushroom and stuffed with tomato sauce and mozzarella, and they were delicious. They made a great and healthy snack, made right in the air fryer. The air fryer does a great job at roasting vegetables, and air fryer mushrooms are awesome.

If you are on a low-carb diet, this is the perfect snack for you.

Growing up, my mother would make a batch of Italian Stuffed Mushrooms, and everyone would love them. I already prepared that recipe in the air fryer, so I was looking for a twist today. I played on the flavors of pizza, traditional basil, tomato sauce, and of course, shredded mozzarella cheese, and they were fabulous.
