Pro Tips:

  • This recipe will work in any Air Fryer Basket or Oven Model. I have made this recipe several times in the Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Vortex, GoWise, and Secura Air Fryer. The recipe will work the same. However, the cooking time will vary by a few minutes.
  • For best results, use a mini Bundt Pan, which will get your air fryer cooked perfectly, every single time.
  • Use room temperature eggs.
  • Be careful to spray your pan generously with cooking spry. This way, it does not stick. You can also flour your pan, although I won’t find that necessary.
  • Do not over mixt eh batter. Once it’s combined, stop mixing. Otherwise, you will end up with a dense cake.
  • Let the cake cool completely before trying to remove it from the Bundt Cake Pan. Otherwise, it will stick, and it will break upon coming out of the pan.
  • Let the cake completely cool before glazing or frosting the cake.

Can I Make This Air Fryer Bundt Cake Ahead Of Time?

Yes, this is a great cake to make a day or two ahead of time. It will store very well. My best advice would be to wrap it tightly with saran wrap so the cake does not dry out.

You also want to wait to glaze or ice the cake until right before serving it.

Can I Substitute The All-Purpose Flour?

Yes, I have made this several times for my son, Celiac, by using Gluten-Free Flour, which works the same.

Please note that since you are using gluten-free flour, the cake’s texture may differ slightly.

Can I Freeze This?

TYes, if you want to make this ahead of time and freeze,e it will work wonderfully. I would hold off on icing or glazing the cake until the cake is defrosted and ready to be served.

To correctly freeze the Air Fryer Mini Chocolate Bundt Cakes, let the cakes cool to room temperature and then wrap them tightly in saran wrap, and then a couple of layers of aluminum foil, and then place into a freezer bag.

This cake will be good for about 1 to 2 months. Defrost, and then glaze or ice as desired.
