My kids are home today for the holiday, so I made a simple platter of Air Fryer Meatball Sliders for lunch. They are amazing, a Hawaiian Roll, filled with meatballs, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and the roll was brushed with melted butter and Italian seasoning.
A great and easy lunch or dinner. This is a great game-day snack as well, so if you are looking for another great idea for game day, this makes a great choice.

Air Fryer Meatball Sliders
This is a great and easy recipe. Today, I used frozen meatballs, but you can use homemade ones as well, and they will work exactly the same.
The air fryer does a quick job of roasting the meatballs, and then you put them back and place down a roll, top it with the meatball and sauce. I mixed them first in a bowl to really coat the meatball. But, if you are short on time, you can spoon the sauce over the meatball. Then add a few sprinkles of mozzarella cheese on top.
Ingredients For Meatball Sliders

How To Make Air Fryer Meatball Sliders
Start by making your meatballs; if you are using frozen, they are simple. Just add them to your air fryer basket. If you are preparing a batch of homemade air fryer meatballs, this is my go-to recipe.
Add your frozen meatballs (if using) to the air fryer basket, and cook them for about 10-12 minutes at 380 degrees F, air fryer setting.
Place the meatballs into the marinara sauce, tossing to coat them. Place the meatball into the slider roll, and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Brush the top of the slider roll with butter and sprinkle some Italian seasoning on top. Place back into the air fryer for 3-5 minutes, just long enough for the cheese to melt.
