Air Fryer Lucky Charm Cookies

Air Fryer Lucky Charm Cookies are amazing. My kids found them at the grocery store, and I knew I had to air fry up a bunch!

Pillsbury products are ideal for the Air Fryer, whether you’re using the crescent dough to make roll ups, croissants, or even using the biscuits for some easy breakfast treats for the family.

When I started air frying, I notice this right away, and I’m a big believer that is using what you have to make your life easier is one of the air fryer goals. So, I try to write about those products a lot, because you, like me, have a lot going on in your life.

So this recipe is no different–Enter Air Fryer Lucky Charm Pillsbury Cookie Mix.

If you have not seen them, they are at most Wal-Marts and local grocery stores, and you will find them in the dairy section. I believe that they are limited-edition cookie dough due to the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day. So grab them while you can.

How To Make Air Fryer Lucky Charm Cookies

The way that you make these refrigerated cookies will depend on what type of air fryer you won. The basket or the air fryer oven.

To Make Refrigerated Air Fryer Cookies in A Basket Air Fryer

If you have an air fryer basket, you will need to line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Otherwise, the dough will fall through the cracks.

This is what I use; you can buy it on Amazon. I have not seen it at any of my local grocery stores. (affiliate link)

Place the cold dough (it works so much better when the dough is cold, so in between batches place it into the refrigerator) and do not preheat your air fryer, otherwise it will melt right off.

To Make Refrigerated Air Fryer Cookies in An Air Fryer Oven

This is much easier to make cookies. You use your tray of the air fryer oven. Scatter the dough around the tray, making sure to leave room around so they can expand.
