Ingredients
Blueberry Layer:
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
Batter:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup whole milk
Optional Topping: Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Start by spraying the ramekin with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, pour the fresh blueberries and sugar, stirring so the blueberries all get coated. Pour that on the bottom of the greased ramekin.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk. Mix well.
- Drizzle the topping over the sugared blueberries.
- Set the ramekins into the air fryer at 350 degrees F, for 8-10 minutes. (air fryer setting)
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
