Everyone loves bacon-wrapped anything. Today I tried my hand at grilled bacon-wrapped shrimp in the air fryer. This makes for a great snack or easy dinner or lunch.
You need very few ingredients for this recipe, you basically need some,
- 1 pound shrimp (thawed)
- 1 package bacon
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
And Here is The Step by Step Instructions on how you make them in the air fryer,
In a small bowl place your cleaned and deveined shrimp (You can either leave the tail on or remove) I always remove mine, as they are easier to eat. Then add your spices, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, onion powder, lemon zest, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Let the shrimp marinate for about an hour in the refrigerator.
Then cut the bacon in 1/2 and place your bacon down on a cutting board, and then place the shrimp, roll them up. I used a toothpick to secure them.
As you make them place them in your air fryer basket or tray.
Set the timer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
