There is nothing like roasted vegetables from the air fryer. As the summer is here, I love going to farmer markets to find out what foods are in season, and then coming home and whipping them up in the air fryer. Today I found a great bunch of green beans at the market, and came home and roasted them. The entire kitchen smelled wonderful, and my kids love the roasted flavor.
Here are the very simple steps, if you want to make them in your own air fryer.
Start by cutting the ends off of the green beans. I use kitchen shears, but you can also use a sharp knife.
Rinse the green beans. In a small bowl, add the green beans, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well, so all of the green beans are coated.
Spread the coated green beans into your air fryer basket or onto your air fryer tray.
Set the tray or basket into the air fryer and set the temperature to 350 degrees F, (air fryer setting) for 5-7 minutes.
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
