Description

This is the perfect way to make homemade mushrooms which can be used in a variety of ways, as a great topping for a steak or eat them as is, a perfect snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces of mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worchestire Sauce
  • Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Start by cleaning your mushrooms with a paper towel and wiping the dirt off of the mushrooms. Even though you purchase them in the supermarket, they still need to be cleaned.
  2. Mix your mushrooms with the melted butter, olive oil, Worcestershire Sauce, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Set them into your air fryer and set the temperature to 400 degrees F for 6 to 8 minutes. Shake the basket several times through the cooking process.
  4. When you remove them, add some more butter, mix until it melts, and toss with some fresh parsley.
  5. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
