Ingredients
- 1–2 pounds lamb loin chops
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon either fresh or dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Bring the lamb chops to room temperature (usually about 30 minutes).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and rosemary (you can use either fresh or dried)
- Place the chops in the marinade, you can add all of them, and cover overnight if you are looking to prep your meal ahead of time, or just marinate for about an hour. Just be sure to cover them with saran wrap.
- Place your lamb in your air fryer basket or on your air fryer tray. Air fry at 400 degrees for 3 minutes, flip and air fry for another 3 minutes.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
