Air Fryer, Fried Salami Chips (KETO Friendly)

These are so good, they taste amazing and only take a few minutes to prepare in the air fryer. If you are on a KETO diet, they are the perfect snack, I usually serve mine with guacamole. For a great and fun snack, the entire family can enjoy!

Here are the simple steps to make it in your own air fryer—

Here are the salami slices, I used in this recipe.
Spread the salami slices over the air fryer tray. Or in the air fryer basket.

 

Set the air fryer tray or the air fryer basket into the air fryer and set the temperature to 350 degrees F, for 3-5 minutes (depending on how crunchy you want them)
Place the salami slices on a paper towel, to absorb some of the greases.
Plate, serve, and enjoy!

    I made these and did 3 min and then 5 min. The 3min were more like a leather or jerky and the 5min were perfect chips! This is my favorite way to make them!
