Air Fryer, Easy Sugar Cookies

Today, I kicked off our summer with some homemade cookies, made of course in the air fryer. They were simple, and one of the best things, besides them being delicious, is that I didn’t have to watch them. Talk about a win, win, and what child does not like to come home to a plate of freshly made cookies.




  1. Start by creaming the butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Then mix in the egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Continue to mix, add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Shape the dough into about 1 inch balls.
  5. Use your hands to flatten them, as you place them on a greased air fryer tray.
  6. Air fry for 6 minutes at 320 degrees F (air fryer setting)
  7. Repeat until all of the dough is used (or save it for another day it will keep well for about a day)
