Air Fryer, Easy Semi-Homemade Cherry Hand Pies

This is one of my favorite summertime treats. I always make a batch for my kids to eat, almost like a personalized pie for each child, and they travel really well, so if you are looking for something easy to whip up in your air fryer, look no further.

  1. Start by laying out the dough on a flat surface.
  2. Use your biscuit cutter to cut out the circles.
  3. Add a tablespoon of pie filling to the middle of the circle.
  4. Fold over the circle, and use a fork to seal the edges.  As you make them place them on a greased air fryer tray or into a greased air fryer basket.
  5. Set the pan into the air fryer and set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 5-7 minutes. (Air fryer setting)
  6. Drizzle some icing over it.
  7. Plate, serve, and enjoy!

To make the powdered sugar icing, simply mix together 1 cup of powdered sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of milk.
