Air Fryer, Easy BBQ Chicken
Here is my take on a light lunch, which is extremely flavorful and very fast, there are only two ingredients to get a HIGH impact meal.
Start off with two chicken breasts.
This is the BBQ seasoning I used, which my family are BIG fans, it’s Grill Mates Barbecue Seasoning.
Spread the Barbecuase seasoning on the chicken. Then place the chicken breast in the air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, for 5 minutes. (air fryer setting) FYI—I sprayed the top with olive oil, to get a nice crisp coating.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
