Pro Tips

Here are some pro tips for making perfect Air Fryer Deep Dish Brownies:

  • Use a Deep Dish: Ensure you use a deep dish that fits comfortably in your air fryer basket. This allows the brownies to cook evenly and prevents them from spilling over.
  • Grease and Line: Grease the baking dish and line it with parchment paper to prevent the brownies from sticking and make cleanup easier.
  • Don’t Overmix: Mix the brownie batter until just combined. Overmixing can result in tough brownies, so mix until there are no dry spots, but stop there.
  • Check for Doneness: Use a toothpick or cake tester to check for doneness. Insert it into the center of the brownies—if it comes out with a few moist crumbs, they’re done. If it comes out with wet batter, they need more time.
  • Let Them Cool: Allow the brownies to cool in the baking dish for at least 10-15 minutes before slicing. This allows them to set and makes them easier to slice.
  • Add Toppings: For an extra special treat, customize your brownies with your favorite toppings, such as chocolate ganache, whipped cream, ice cream, or fresh fruit.
  • Store Properly: Store leftover brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage—just wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and aluminum foil before freezing.

By following these pro tips, you can ensure your Air Fryer Deep Dish Brownies turn out perfectly every time—rich, fudgy, and absolutely delicious!
