Air Fryer Corn Dog Muffins are amazing! If you don’t remember these from your childhood, you were so missing out, and they are a classic.

These are the classic recipe, made with a Jiffy Cornbread and a package of hot dogs, and they make for an incredible kid-friendly lunch!

But don’t worry, kids love them too! They are so good, and you can serve them with the traditional hot dog toppings. My kids love eating them with ketchup and mustard but add anything you want.

They are fabulous, and with the air fryer, they cook up in an instant.
