Air Fryer, Classic Buttermilk Pancakes
This is a really easy way to make lots of Pancakes at once. This is much easier in an air fryer oven than basket. The best thing about using hte oven is tha tyou can make a batch at one time. They are creamy and oh so good. They remind me of my Grandmother’s Griddle Pancakes.

Yield: 2 dozen pancakes 1x
Method: Air Fryer
1x 2x 3x Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt (omit if using salted butter)
2 cups of buttermilk
1/4 cup milk
1/4 melted butter
Optional: Maple Syrup, whipped cream or butter for serving.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Blend in the eggs, buttermilk, milk and butter.
Spray your air fryer tray with olive oil.
Scoop about 3 tablespoons of batter onto the tray.
Set the temperaure to 320 degrees F, (air fryer setting) for 5 minutes.
After the “preheat phase” (which is 5 minutes using the Omni, flip the pancakes.
Air fry for the rest of the time (the five minutes)
Plate, serve and enjoy!
