Ingredients 

Christmas Cupcake Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt, plain
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring, (Please add little by little!)

Cheese Cupcake Frosting:

  • 1/2 cup butter, (room temperature)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, (room temperature)
  • 2 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Gelatin Snow Globes:

  • 14 sheets gelatin
  • 5 tablespoons cold water
  • 15 water balloons

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 320 degrees F using the air fryer setting. Place the cupcake sheets into muffin molds.
  • Mix the egg, sugar, yogurt, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, pinch of salt, and baking soda. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and stir with a spatula (do not over-mix!)
