I love cookies! I really do, I love making them, and of course, I love eating them. Today, I am starting my Christmas Baking. My goal is to do a cookie a day–today’s recipe: Air Fryer Christmas Butter Sprinkle Cookies.

  • 1 1/2 sticks of room temperature butter, unsalted
  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • Christmas Sprinkles

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
  2. Then mix in the eggs one at a time, until blended.
  3. Add the vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar, and flour, mix well.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, make a ball of the dough and then roll it into the sprinkles.
  5. Place on the air fryer tray (no need to grease), spreading them out.
  6. Air fry at 320 degrees F, for 4 minutes, air fryer setting.
  7. Remove the tray, and let cool. They will harden as they cool.
  8. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  9. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
