Air Fryer Chorizo Spiced Shrimp Tostadas are amazing. With a couple of easy steps and about 10 minutes, you can have a great and easy dinner or lunch recipe.
My son loves shrimp, so I try to come up with many different recipes for him. Today I had some fresh mangos I picked up at the produce market, so I knew I wanted to use them in the dish, and it’s paired with slivers of jalapeno, and of course, seasoned with chorizo spice. Making the whole dish perfectly balanced between the mango and the spice.
Making shrimp in the air fryer is amazingly easy, and this recipe is no different. The key to perfect air frying shrimp comes with shaking the basket several times during the cooking process, so the shrimp gets perfectly cooked. If you have a basket oven type, use a pair of tongs to flip the shrimp a couple of times during the cooking process.

Air Fryer Chorizo Spiced Shrimp Tostadas
Today, I made this dish and served it up as Tostadas. If you have never made or eaten tostadas, they are simply toasted, air-fried, or fried tortillas. You can really fill the tostadas with anything; today, I used shrimp as the dish’s base.
