If you were looking for a sweet treat but something that was a warm and delicious healthy breakfast option, this is one of my favorite air fryer breakfast recipes, easy and absolutely delicious.

The chocolate is an excellent surprise in any homemade banana bread, which really helped me with the Monday blues. I made one for my husband and me while we sat and listened to the kids doing their virtual learning classes. It was a great start to the morning.
